The UK Government’s Safer Streets Mission and cross-government strategy, Freedom from Violence and Abuse, aims to halve violence against women and girls (VAWG) in the next 10 years.  

 

Funded by the UKRI’s R&D Missions Accelerator Programme and led by interdisciplinary experts in VAWG, RISE is a new research and engagement project designed to help deliver this aim.
