Research projects

SPRITE+ works with a diverse set of academic and non-academic stakeholders to build and strengthen the digital TIPS community and identify requirements and promising new directions for research in this area. We have a ‘pump-priming’ budget to fund activities that explore and test new ideas, and that create new collaborations between academic disciplines, and between academic and non-academic partners. These activities seek to explore the SPRITE+ Challenge Themes via Challenge Working Groups (CWGs) and short projects.

Sandpit 2: Digital Vulnerabilities

In July 2021, SPRITE+ hosted its second virtual sandpit focused on 'digital vulnerabilities', which is one of our four challenge themes. Over the course of 5 sessions, spread over 3 weeks, participants formed teams and created projects, which explore digital vulnerabilities from multi-disciplinary and stakeholder perspectives.
