Our city is becoming more digital – with things like smart transport, digital health services, and public safety cameras. We want to make sure technology helps everyone in Greater Manchester live a good life.
But how do we make sure it is used in a way that’s safe, fair, and trustworthy? We want you to help us shape a better future for Greater Manchester.
When: 26th September 2025, 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Where: Friends Meeting House, 6 Mount Street, Manchester M2 5NS
What to expect:
An informal session where everyone can share their views.
Free to attend – we’ll cover travel and provide a £50 Amazon voucher as a thank-you.
You don’t need to be a tech expert – we want real voices and experiences from all parts of Greater Manchester.
What we will talk about:
What is this technology?
How will technology be used in Greater Manchester.
Any worries or concerns about things like data, privacy, security and safety.
How we make sure everyone benefits, including people who are often left out.
