Neurotechnology, AI and TIPSS: A SPRITE+ Innovation Forum

Neurotechnology is increasingly converging with artificial intelligence, creating new possibilities for inference and adaptive inference. As these systems move into clinics and wider societal settings, they also raise important questions about Trust, Identity, Privacy, Security and Safety (TIPSS).

This two-day Innovation Forum will bring together researchers, practitioners and other experts across neurotechnology, AI, neuroscience, social science, ethics, law, policy and related fields.

The forum will combine short expert provocations, interdisciplinary discussion, scenario-based exploration and small-group work, to develop a research agenda for responsible neurotechnology and neuro-AI.

Who should apply?

We welcome applications from people working across any relevant area including: neurotechnology, neuroscience AI, machine learning and data science, HCI, cybersecurity, privacy and data governance, ethics law, regulation and public policy.

Participants will be supported for travel and accommodation, with accommodation at Crewe Hall and meals during the Forum provided.
